SALUMIFICIO NINO GALLI is located in the Ossola Valley, at the feet of the Alps and next to Maggiore Lake.

This area is ideal for the production of high quality "salumi": there is a unique combination of culinary traditions and climate conditions that allowed the GALLI family to obtain products of excellence.

Piedmont's culture is enriched here by Lombard and Walser influences. The Walser population migrated from Germany to the areas sorrounding the Rosa Mountain, and during the centuries spent on the Alps developed techniques for the conservation of meat that nowadays are still recognizable in certain specialties.

Also, the mite climate and the pure air that blows down from the Alps to the Maggiore Lake contribute to the uniqueness of the Nino GALLI products.
