FRATELLI CAFFA means Piedmont Hazelnut. Founded in 1856, it was the first company in the world to process hazelnuts, playing a central role in the development of Piedmont Hazelnut cultivation and the economy of the Alte Langhe.
The company's philosophy pursues quality, through the careful selection on the market of the best in-shell hazelnuts from Piedmont, processing using the most modern industrial technologies, and continuous checks on the various processing stages and the finished product. The result is a guarantee for customers of an extra quality product.
More recently, FRATELLI CAFFA, with 'REGALI SAPORI', has extended its activity to finished products, linking its historical brand to classic products of the gastronomic tradition of the Langhe. The strong link with the territory, the historicity of the brand, the seriousness and sobriety of the image, and the quality of the products are the factors that make FRATELLI CAFFA a typical and significant example of the most solid traditions of the Langhe and good Piedmontese taste.
